We understand that sometimes you might not be happy with what you have ordered or may be got the size wrong.

It happens to us all. We got you covered. Our simplified exchange and return policy makes this process as easy as ordering:

• First time buyers can exchange any one item free of charge
• Multiple exchanges will incur a cost of 20 AED for postage
• All items should be sent back in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact as affixed
• All items must be unworn and unwashed
• All exchanged items will be subject to a quality check before approval
• Exchanges and Returns will be available for UAE customers only
• All refunds will be made to the card through which the purchase was made only.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be fully processed.
• Exchanges may take up to 5 days to be fully processed.
• Thank you for bearing with us.
• Items sold on a Cash on Delivery basis will not be eligible for refunds and you will be provided with store credit.

For all refunds and exchanges, please quote your Order Number when contacting us by email, through social media or on Whatsapp. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
