For your peace of mind, our local delivery schedule has been simplified to the following:
- Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 14:00 between Monday and Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and SUndays will be dispatched on Monday.
- We are committed to excellent service and acknowledge that sometimes things do not go to plan and your order is slightly delayed. If ever this is the case, please let us know.
We believe we can grow as a team and offer free delivery on all orders over 250 AED to thank you for your support.
UAE standard delivery charges of AED 20 will apply for orders under AED 250, with delivery within 1 -3 days.

We have partnered with two of the most reliable delivery partners around, to make all shipping and logistics matters convenient, hassle-free and competitive.
You will be able to follow deliveries with a tracker system and our partners Aramex (for local deliveries) and DHL(for international deliveries) will make all necessary arrangements for on-time delivery at your most convenient location.

Coming from different corners of the world, we have to deliver internationally. Our simple fee structure will help understand how it works:
Free International delivery on orders over USD 100/EUR 100
While we aim to deliver soonest, with the current situation, it might not be possible. Deliveries usually take between 3 – 7 days depending on countries.
As much as you are in our corner, shipping charges are however non-refundable.
